Medicaid participants participating in any of the nine Managed Care Organizations (MCO) who need assistance can scan the QR code on the flyer below, contact the Member Services number on their member card, or contact their local Health Department.
Medicaid participants in Worchester, Somerset, and Wicomico County can call Lower Shore Health Insurance Assistance Program at 1-855-445-5540.
