Nelda “Renae” Davis is Chief Attorney at Maryland Legal Aid, where she champions workers’ rights. A proud graduate of Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she is licensed to practice in both Maryland and Louisiana. She is an active member of the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association. Renae’s legal experience spans employment and labor law, housing law, and public benefits, reflecting her commitment to advancing fairness and justice in the community. When she’s not advocating for workers, Renae enjoys traveling to new places, losing herself in a good book, and spending time with close friends.
