Molly Rager-Dolan

As Development Director at Maryland Legal Aid, Molly Rager-Dolan leads fundraising strategy and donor engagement to advance equal access to justice for Marylanders with low incomes. She has 20 years of experience in major, planned, annual, and corporate giving across healthcare, higher education, and social impact organizations. Molly has raised more than $25 million and strengthened development programs at Johns Hopkins University & Medicine, Carroll County Youth Service Bureau, the National Aquarium, Carroll Community College Foundation, and Chicago Cares.

Her experience includes major gift fundraising, donor strategy, stewardship, board and volunteer engagement, events, prospect research, and data-informed operations. Molly holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Originally from the western suburbs of Chicago, she lives in Carroll County with her three children and enjoys supporting their activities, serving on the PTA, traveling, yoga, genealogy, and her monthly book club.
