Patrick Curtis

Patrick Curtis, CPA, CGMA, is a Shareholder at Rubino and leads the firm’s Outsourced Accounting practice. He has been in the accounting profession since 1999. He works closely with nonprofit organizations, government contractors, medical practices, and small to medium-sized businesses to strengthen financial operations through outsourced accounting services, accounting system implementation, and financial reporting support.

Patrick began his career in a small tax practice before joining Rubino in 2000 as an audit staff member. Encouraged by a former Shareholder who recognized his potential and became an early mentor, Patrick developed a strong foundation in audit, consulting, and accounting system design before transitioning into a leadership role within the firm. Today, he oversees Rubino’s Outsourced Accounting department, helping organizations improve accounting processes, implement financial management systems, and maintain strong internal controls that support accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
