On February 26, Maryland Legal Aid, the Baltimore Police Department­Western District, and Baltimore City Recreation and Parks partnered to distribute free coats and shoes to children and adults in West Baltimore. The coats were donated from Macy's through Clothes4Souls as part of their "Buy 1, Get 1" program, and the shoes were donated by Stride Rite through Soles4Souls. Volunteers fitted attendees for coats and shoes, distributed information about Maryland Legal Aid, and gave toys to children who were not able to fit the coats or shoes
