Bobbie Steyer has been promoted from chief attorney of the Baltimore City Intake Services Unit to Maryland Legal Aid's new Director of Advocacy for Family Law. Bobbie has served as the Chief of Intake Services in Baltimore City since 2012 and was previously a Supervising Attorney.
Prior to joining Maryland Legal Aid, Bobbie specialized in domestic law first as an associate and then partner in the Columbia firm of Weinberg, Schwartz, and Steyer. She was an advocate for victims of domestic violence as the Legal Advocacy Director at ACCESS-York in Pennsylvania and with the House of Ruth for 5 years as a staff and managing attorney.
Bobbie received her bachelor's degree from Penn State, where she participated in the Pennsylvania State Honors Scholars Program, and she earned her law degree from Widener University in Harrisburg.
Eileen Nnoli was promoted from a staff attorney in the Baltimore City Domestic Law Unit to the Supervising Attorney of the Baltimore City Intake Services Unit. Eileen manages the walk-in intake services. She had been with the Baltimore City Domestic Law Unit for 10 years, and has extensive experience representing clients and handling complex cases.
